If we are whatifing over here, what if they then sold this in America as the SRT Delta Intergale? It would give the SRT brand the small hot hatch that they need, and give the rest of us the Lancia that we deserve.

I think we could do a better job than Fiat.

I understand that Fiat's not really in the position to be adventurous. They were fairly dependent on the European market, which has been slow to bounce back after the recession. As a result, they've been hampered in expanding into other markets, which is a bit of a vicous circle.

Hopefully they'll pull themselves out of it. If not, then we could buy Lancia, Alfa and Maserati :) maybe Fiat so we'd get Abarth too.
